In anticipation of the new Adult-Use market, MRTA Law PC has been carefully tracking the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) proposed regulations (Title 9 of the New York Code of Rules & Regulations, Parts 128 and 129 (Packaging, Labeling, Marketing and Advertising rules) and administrative guidance to ensure that your NYS Adult-Use cannabis product packaging and labeling are 100% compliant. With our own internal checklist for the various requirements AND prohibitions, we ensure that your cannabis product's packaging and labeling meet all of New York State's requirements. October 4, 2022), as the proposed regulatory amendments on November 21, 2022 give cannabis brands and licensees greater flexibility for creative designs.
